Refund Policy

Due to the bespoke, labor-intensive nature of custom software engineering, our refund policy is strictly structured around project milestones.

1. Milestone Payments

Projects are billed in milestones. Once a milestone is approved by the client and development begins, the payment for that specific milestone becomes non-refundable, as it covers the engineering hours already committed and executed.

2. Cancellation

If a client wishes to terminate a project prematurely, they may do so by providing written notice. No future milestones will be billed. However, any deposits or payments made for completed or in-progress milestones will not be refunded.

3. Disputes

We are committed to client satisfaction. If you believe a deliverable does not meet the specifications outlined in the SOW, please contact us at support@velossadigital.com within 14 days of delivery so we can rectify the issue under our standard warranty period.
